1. Packaging Designer
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative packaging designs that align with client specifications and sustainability goals.
  • Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
  • Stay updated on design trends and new packaging materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Experience in packaging design is a plus.

2. Production Supervisor
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production line to ensure smooth operations and quality control.
  • Monitor the performance of production staff and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Implement improvements in processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and machinery is a plus.

3. Sales Executive
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Environmental Sustainability Coordinator
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
